Aldous is the founder of XML. He studied Computer Programming Languages in the University of Hong Kong and Information Technology Management in the Hong Kong Management Association. He was an IBM Main Frame Technical Support of MVS, IMS, CICS and SNA and he held a regional management role in PC and Telecommunications at American Express Int'l before setting up XML. Aldous is proficient with Telecommunications, Microsoft Windows NT, Linux, SQL Server, Novell Netware, IBM LAN Server LAN OS and Visual Basic, Visual C++ and Xbase Languages (Fox Pro/Dbase).

Kevin is the co-founder of XML. He has over 15 years of experience in UNIX, Oracle, EDP Audit/Data Security, Help Desk Management and Computer Operations. Kevin was a Regional Information Technology Manager of a Multinational Organisation overseeing the computer operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, China and The Philippines before establishing XML.

Jeanne joined XML as Director Business Consulting Services in 1997. She has conducted business studies with travel companies in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan & Hong Kong. With her extensive experience in Travel & Leisure Industry, in depth knowledge in travel management company operations and re-engineering process, she has contributed to the success of designing effective travel business solutions for the industry. Jeanne is now a committee member of the HATA (Hong Kong Association of Travel Agents) e-Commerce and Training Committee. Before joining XML, she was an employee of Cathay Pacific Airways, Shangri-la International Hotels, American Express Travel and Swire Travel Ltd. Jeanne was formerly an Executive Member of the SIPA and HATA Strategic Committees.

Fangus has over 10 years of working experience in multinational corporation – IBM & American Express. Prior to joining XML, he oversaw various regional process re-engineering projects in American Express International Inc, in addition to his financial & accounting duties. All these exposures contribute to his extensive experience in dealing with diverse culture and local practice in different markets in Asia Pacific region.
